2012 SA Conditions of Rallying and 2012 SARC Series regulations

The 2012 South Australian Conditions of Rallying & SARC Series Regulations have now been approved by the CAMS state council. With the release of the 2012 versions of the documents, registrations are now open for the 2012 SARC.

The SARC registration form can be found within the 2012 SA Conditions of Rallying documents. The Documents are attached below.

Round 1 of the South Australian Rally Championship will kick off with the Rallye Wattle Range on the 13th 7 14th of April 2012.

Tyler gains Renault power for 2012 ARC

Guy Tyler has always had a passion for motorsport, something he and his father have always shared. It was their involvement with the Southern Districts Car Club that finally pushed him to become a competitor in the 2009 season of the SARC.

Guy explains “I chose rallying (over other forms of motorsport) because it is the most exciting category and is very easy to get involved in”

2011 was another great year of Motorsport enjoyment and experience. From this we have further improved and expanded our cars and team structure to move forward into the National Rally Circuit, which I am extremely lucky to be part of at the age of 17.

Steve Glenney, my mentor and Co-driver is committed to this year’s plans more than ever. Steve is constantly working with me, on and off the track to ensure that my learning curve is steep but not to steep.

Selley switches to Evo for 2012 tarmac assault

Matt Selley has been involved within the rally fraternity since 2002. A good friend of his, a 30yr veteran of the sport, was the one that gave him the push to get him to become a competitor. He was given the opportunity to drive his friends rally car on a track.... And he’s been hooked ever since.
