Competitors Becky Southam and Courtney Strawbridge, the event's only all female crew are hoping to raise funds and provide exposure for the Foundation via activities such as collection of donations during the event, sales of merchandise at the Angaston Super Special Stages and at the Service Park at Mt Pleasant

The SPRINT AUTO PARTS RALLY of SA, this year also supported by SCOUTS SA, is round 5 of the Australian Rally Championship and round 3 of the South Australian Rally Championship and has a very big spectator base, especially at the Friday and Saturday night super-special stages at the Angas Recreation Park

These stages normally attract a crowd of approximately 4,000-6,000 people. There is a carnival-like atmosphere created by the local community with food stalls and community displays.

Becky stated "It is my intention to set up a stand adjacent to my car next to the oval on both nights which would attract a lot of attention as spectators mingle amongst the cars and engage with competitors in the event. I will also have a stand at my service area where my service crew will sell merchandise and T-Shirts, caps or any other awareness promotional items to spectators, competitors, officials and other service crew members. I believe this will be a fantastic opportunity to tell and particularly show spectators that we are raising much needed funds for the NBCF "

The Director of the SPRINT AUTO PARTS RALLY of SA, Mr Ivar Stanelis said "We are pleased to support this effort wholeheartedly, and will assist with it's promotion and provide media coverage on both the Australian Rally Championship website www.rally.com.au, SPRINT AUTO PARTS RALLY of SA website www.rallysa.com.au and via press releases etc. It is a great initiative, and I applaud Becky and Courtney for their enthusiasm and their community minded spirit".
