South Australian rally enthusiasts attend 2009 SA Rally Season Launch!

Australian rally legend, Ed Ordynski, appeared as a special guest at the launch of the 2009 SA Rally season. Mark Bickley (ex Adelaide Crows Captain) was the Master of Ceremonies for the evening. Ed gave an insight into his 1986 SARC win in the Subaru RX Turbo with Lyn Wilson. This was followed up with an interview from Mark.

Attendees were also briefed by the 4 ‘Event Directors’ of the 2009 state rounds.

30-31 May: Adelaide Hills Tarmac Rally
27 June: Robertstown Rally
1-2 August: Rally SA (ARC round)
4 October: Wirrabara Rally

It is also important to remember the Autosport Clubman Series, which is heavily geared towards attracting newcomers to the sport.
